At CrazedUp, we ensure your collectibles are packed safely and delivered as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Standard Delivery Time

We deliver orders within 5–6 days from the date of purchase.

Most customers receive their orders even earlier depending on their location.

2. Tracking Details

Once your order is packed and dispatched, we will share your tracking details directly on:

  • WhatsApp, or

  • Instagram DM

Please ensure your contact information is correct while placing the order.

3. Possible Delays (Exceptional Cases)

In rare circumstances, delivery may take 10–12 days due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or peak holiday seasons

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network issues

We request your patience in such situations.

4. No Same-Day Delivery / Speed Post

We currently do NOT offer:

  • Same-day delivery

  • Express delivery

  • Speed Post shipping

All orders follow our standard delivery timeline only.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of being placed.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

6. Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

CrazedUp is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • Customer being unavailable

  • Phone number not reachable

Re-delivery charges may apply depending on the courier.
