Refund policy
1. Damaged Product Refund
If you receive a damaged or broken product, you are eligible for a full refund only if you provide a complete unboxing video.
Unboxing Video Requirements:

The video must clearly show the sealed package,

The opening process without cuts,
-
The product condition immediately after unboxing.
No unboxing video = No refund for damage claims.
2. Non-Delivery Refund (Delivery Delay)
If your order is not delivered within 10 days from the date of dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund.
We request customers to contact us at (your email/WhatsApp) with your order ID for quick resolution.
3. Wrong / Incomplete Address
If the customer enters a wrong or incomplete address which causes delivery failure, refund will not be applicable.
4. No Refund for Change of Mind
We currently do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind
-
Preference changes
-
Ordering by mistake
-
“I don’t like it” reasons
5. Refund Not Eligible (Failed Delivery)
Refunds will NOT be issued if:

The customer fails to collect the package

The courier marks the order as “Delivery attempted – customer not available”

The package is returned due to wrong address or unreachable phone number
In these cases, the order will not be refunded as the courier charges are already incurred.
